Shipping and Policies

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days unless stated otherwise for a specific item. If an order has items with different processing times, the longer processing time will be applied to the entire order. A tracking number will be provided by email once the package has shipped. Some orders may ship in two packages with two different tracking numbers.

US ORDERS
Small orders are shipped via First Class Mail. Larger orders are sent via Priority Mail. Packages usually take 3-5 business days from the ship date to deliver.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail International, which can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks or longer depending on the country. Shipping upgrades are available upon request. (**Read info below regarding customs taxes, etc**)

IMPORT/CUSTOMS TAX, DUTIES, FEES
Please be aware of your country's customs policy and any taxes, duties, or fees you may need to pay for your order. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Pretty Jelly will not pay for any extra import duties taxed to you. All orders will be marked as merchandise and prices cannot be changed.

★ REFUNDS and EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY
All items are final sales. Please note there may be color differences in the polish and the picture due to monitor settings. Refunds or exchanges due to minor color differences, change of mind, or color preference will not be honored.
If there is an issue with quality, please contact me as soon as possible. I would be happy to discuss and resolve the issue with you.

DAMAGE
If an item arrives damaged from transit, please take a picture of the damage and email me right away (within 48 hours after the packaged has been marked 'delivered' in its status update). Photos are required to proceed. Once received, I will replace the exact items damaged from transit.

DELAYED / LOST / UNDELIVERED
All packages are shipped to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. Please make sure your address is correct and preferably USPS verified/confirmed. If shipping to an apartment, office building, etc - please make sure to include the room/mailbox # for correct delivery.

All orders come with a tracking number to confirm shipment. You will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number once your order ships. Pretty Jelly is not responsible for delayed packages due to USPS or an incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided by buyer.

Buyer is responsible ONLY if the package is delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer. If the package is returned to me for this reason, buyer is responsible for the shipping fee required to re-send the order.

If your order is lost or undelivered due to USPS error, please message me as soon as possible. The quicker the better, so that we can contact USPS to inquire and resolve the issue. 

★ CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please email me asap with your order number. Once an order has shipped, I cannot cancel it. Otherwise, I will refund and cancel your order right away.
